This full playthrough of the puzzle/narrative-driven game was my first. It’s sad, sweet, and incredibly clever in how it uses gameplay mechanics to illustrate character moods, relationship dynamics, and just the realities of life. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

This is the fourth and final episode of my What Remains of Edith Finch playthrough. What lies at the end of Edith’s journey through her childhood home?
This let’s play takes us underground, out into the wild, and into a little bath time. It may come as a shock, but none of those stories have particularly pleasant endings.
We barrel through the section just before the game bugged out, reach some really tear-jerking memories of young Finches, and finish up with a (likely fabricated, but creepy) story about how Barbara Finch died.
I begin exploring a pretty neat house, learn a bit about the family who lived there, and ultimately run into some technical difficulty trying to eat a drunken sailor.
